RahimaSalman

I build advertising platforms end-to-end — from architecture to launch — with a focus on performance, reusable systems, and clean UX.

Experience

New Media Azerbaijan — Frontend Developer

An advertising platform in Vue, Nuxt and TypeScript that lets people run campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and a few more channels from one place. The tricky parts — file uploads, reporting and payments — were mine, along with the shared design system the rest of the team builds on. Code review is a big part of the job too: 300+ pull requests so far. In the first quarter after launch, revenue went up about 30%.

Adviad — Frontend Developer

The front end of adviad.com, from the first commit to production. It was a small startup that grew to $10M ARR during my time there. The platform helped push revenue up around 45%, and pages got 15% faster along the way.

Artifact Labs — Frontend Developer

Remote work with a team in London, focused on Vue components we could reuse everywhere. That library paid off quickly: landing pages for three NFT and digital-art products (GemBox, Materia, Aura.art) went live in just three weeks.

VABISS — Junior Frontend Developer

My first front-end job. Figma designs became Vue pages with green Lighthouse scores, and a small component library grew out of that work. Three months in, I was promoted.

How I work

I decide where the work belongs before writing it.

Before building a feature I ask whether the server should own it. Data that arrives ready needs no conversion or recalculation in the browser. The price is that the change moves onto another team's calendar, so I only push work across that line when the browser would otherwise redo it on every render.

The core path ships first, and stays simple.

Main functionality goes in first and is kept simple. Everything after that is quick to adjust — that is what simple buys you.

I don't change what I can't verify.

Under pressure I leave tightly coupled code alone rather than hand it to an AI to "optimize" — that needs proper testing. Logic changes are agreed with the manager first.
